  • Wells Fargo Advisors (March 2013 – Present)
    • Designed a Marketing Engagement Content Score formula used to measure content effectiveness and drive ongoing content strategy
    • Created a monthly content KPI dashboard used for reporting
    • Developed LinkedIn and content best practices use to train and on-board 50 financial advisors to social media pilot in June 2014
    • Worked with website vendor to launch Sponsored Name Placement service in December 2014
    • Manage a 200+ piece library of pre-approved content assets curated from 10 sources
    • Co-created local search best practices document to advise financial advisors on improving site SEO and utilizing SEM tools provided
  • SIUE Campus Recreation (August 2011 – May 2013) 
    • Increased effective advertising via social media from 4% in August 2011 to 25% in August 2012 as represented in the yearly department satisfaction survey
    • Increased SIUE Campus Recreation Facebook following from 1,500 to 2,150 (43%)
    • Increased @siuecampusrec Twitter followers from 180 to 815 (350%)
    • Launched WordPress blog, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts
    • Generated 50-75 hits per day on SIUE Campus Recreation Blog through lifestyle and wellness content generation
    • Social Media properties were recognized in a national study of collegiate recreation programs in March 2013
    • Sold out or surpassed attendance at special events and programs through community management and social media promotion (comparison from year 1 GA to year 2 GA)
